Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be considered only if the product has not been dispatched for the order placed on our website - www.thehouseofmiraya.com or on WhatsApp (+91-93266-35513). Once the product has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or a transaction that violates the terms and conditions of using our website, we at our sole discretion can cancel such orders with/without providing any notification to you.

You can write to us at writetothehouseofmiraya@gmail.com or call / WhatsApp us on +91-93266-35513 (During 10am to 8pm) to cancel your order. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 2 - 5 business days after the cancellation request is processed.

Please note that your order cannot be cancelled after 2 hours of order confirmation.

Refund Policy

Please Note : We only do money refunds in case of Wrong or Damaged products being delivered or when a customer cancels an order before it is shipped (within 2 hours of order confirmation). In any other case, a refund is made only in terms of STORE CREDIT.

  • In case of any damaged/ defective or missing products in your order kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.
  • Always make the video while opening the parcel. In the event of damaged merchandise, share the video, images and details . Further steps for replacement, store credit, or full refund will be communicated.

  • Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We sell handcrafted products and these are all signs of authenticity.

  • FABRICS, SALE & LAST PIECES are not eligible for any Return or Exchange 
  • Shipping charges are non - refundable.
  • The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

All refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment used by you while placing the order. 

Orders placed by UPI will be credited back to the same UPI ID within 3-5 business days from the date of receiving your products back from the logistics provider.

Orders placed by net banking accounts will be credited back to the same bank account within 8-9 business days from the date of receiving your products back from the logistics provider.

Orders paid by credit/debit card (once applicable) will be refunded to the credit/debit card within 8-9 days from the date of receiving your products back from the logistics provider and the refund may take an additional 2-3 days to reflect in your account.

Changes in the Refunds and Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to change or update this Policy at any time without any prior intimation to you. Any changes we make to this Policy in the future will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. You are required to review the Policy regularly to keep yourself abreast of the changes if any.
